Owen Scott

Owen has 20 years carpentry experience in renovations/extensions and new house builds, and four years of experience in building site management, client management and staff management. Through his previous employment at Smart Housing Building Group, Owen demonstrated his ability to manage multiple building projects simultaneously and deliver a quality product to the client’s satisfaction. Owen has developed a reputation for producing high quality work and is well regarded by his peers in the industry. Owen has also been instrumental in the development of apprentices, with his past two apprentices winning major industry awards.

Simon Russell

Simon has four years carpentry experience in residential renovations/extensions. Simon, as a mature age apprentice, won the HIA Southern NSW/ACT Apprentice of the Year in 2017 and the HIA-CSR National Apprentice of the Year in 2018. Simon has over 15 years’ experience in the Victorian and Commonwealth Public Service and possesses a broad range of relevant skills including contract and project management, policy development, client liaison and administration.
